Chapter meetings are the most basic way to get connected.  At our meetings, members pray together and share their stories and support, offering each other fellowship and encouragement in living the five goals of Courage.  Our chapter follows a twelve-step process for a greater understanding of same-sex attraction and living chaste lives.  Group prayer is also a part of our meetings, which help bring Christ to the forefront of our lives.

Courage of Central New Jersey currently has two meeting groups, each meeting for two hours twice a month.  Both groups meet at a centralized location within the Diocese of Metuchen.
